Mathura Vrindavan

Temple Darshan Vrindavan Visit

After the delicious breakfast, you will start your journey to the sacred and beautiful city of Mathura. Here, you will visit some of the most revered places in the Hindu religion. You will begin your journey with a visit to Gokul Temple, Raman Reti, Krishna Janamsthan & Dwarkadheesh Temple.

In the evening, you will head to Vrindavan and explore some of the city's most beautiful and sacred places. You will start your exploration with a visit to Banke Bihari Ji temple, Nidhivan, Shah Ji Temple, and Iskcon temple. Before settling for the night, you will also visit the Mata Vaishno Devi Temple in Vrindavan. Finally, you will retire to your hotel for an overnight stay after a long and eventful day.

In the morning, after breakfast, drive towards Orchha- the city with beautiful monuments and temples. On arrival, check in to your hotel and proceed for a sightseeing tour of the town. The main attraction here is a fort situated on an island in the Betwa River, along with the temple Raja Ram Chaturbhuj Laxminarayan, which displays a unique architectural harmony. There are also 14 chhatris or memorials in honor of its successive governors. Spend some time marveling at the beauty and grandeur of these monuments before heading back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Orchha-Khajuraho

Temple Tour Khajuraho

After a sumptuous breakfast, we will drive towards Khajuraho. On arrival, check in to the hotel and get ready for a day of sightseeing. Our first stop is the Chaunsat Yogini Temple, the oldest temple in this group (dating back to 900 AD). This temple is dedicated to the goddess Kali and is sure to amaze visitors with its majestic beauty. Next, we will visit the Kandariya Mahadev Temple, one of the finest examples of Chandela art. It is an awe-inspiring sight, with its approach flanked by lions on the north and elephants on the south. Our final stop of the day will be to visit the temple dedicated to Shiva, the lingam Matangeshwar. This 8-feet high lingam is sure to take your breath away! After an eventful day, you will spend the night.

Departure from Khajuraho

Temples Departure

After a healthy breakfast, explore the majestic temples of Khajuraho! First, visit the Ghantai Temple, a small Jain temple in ruins, and marvel at its intricate carvings and architecture. Then, just 1 km away, you'll find the Duladeo Temple, devoted to Lord Shiva. Further ahead is the magnificent Chitragupta Temple, which faces the rising sun and is dedicated to the sun god Surya. Finally, don't miss out on seeing the Lakshmana Temple, one of the oldest in the western part (around 930 - 950 AD).

Next, complete your tour with a visit to the Parsvanatha Temple with its remarkable woman sculptures that seem effortlessly to detach themselves from the temple walls without leaving any residue or thorns behind. Adinath temple or Chaturbhuj temple also displays a great representation of Lord Vishnu. Finally, as the sun sets, head to the airport for your onward journey.
